Mill Creek “Take 5” Summer 2017 checkout! Mill Creek Media Center invites students to check out up to 5 books between May 16 and May 23 to take home over the summer. 8th grade/rising 9th grade check out will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17 and Thursday, May 18. In addition, the media center will be open the following Wednesdays during the summer for checkout or return: June 14, 21, 28, and July 5.
The following are the requirements for summer checkout:
Be a rising 9th-12th grade student and plan to attend Mill Creek next school year.
Return all materials that were borrowed during the current school year (due Tuesday, May 9).
Have a clear Media Center record (all fines paid).
Sign a form acknowledging they meet these requirements and agree to pay $20 per book if the book(s) are not returned.
Return all books by Wednesday, August 9 (two days after school begins).
